Returns on Personalized Products

All our products are made-to-order and personalized. Once an order is placed and printing has begun, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. This policy ensures each customer receives a unique, custom-made product.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love your order. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong product, size, or design)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email/phone]. Provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After review, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product cannot be replaced due to stock/material limitations.

  • The order was cancelled by us before production/shipping.

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for poor results if the uploaded image is low-resolution or blurry. Please ensure you provide high-quality files.

  • We cannot be held liable for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

  • Print colors may vary slightly from screen display due to different monitor calibrations.
